This service enables you to place routine, care and maintenance of your home in TSA‘s capable and professional hands. As time becomes more of a precious commodity, TSA can handle the scheduling and oversight of any maintenance and/or construction needed at your home.

This program can be tailored to each client specific needs: bi-annual home maintenance and inspections, coordination of house staff and trades people and personal concierge service. We retain a group of responsive and skilled professionals whose sole function is to provide service and care for one of your greatest assets, your home. Our dedicated group of craftspeople and Service Technicians ensure that TSA can offer the most effective and least invasive service possible while catering to your schedule and individual needs.
